Terms of Service
Shopify App
Important Legal Notice
YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES IS SUBJECT TO LEGALLY BINDING TERMS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND INTEND TO BE LEGALLY BOUND. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
By using Inflowkit services (as defined below) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You must read, agree to, and accept all terms in these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable data protection addendum (together, the "Agreement").
This Agreement governs your access to and use of the websites, services, applications, and integrations (collectively, the "Services") owned, operated, or provided by or on behalf of Inflow Solutions Ltd.
Definitions: As used in this Agreement, "you" and "your" refer to the person or entity accessing the Services; "we," "us," and "our" refer to Inflow Solutions Ltd; and "party" or "parties" refers to both you and us. The effective date of this Agreement is when you accept it as described below.
Our Services
The Inflowkit Shopify app enables you to offer courses (and related digital products) through your Shopify store. The app adds value-add features to your existing storefront.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to describe features accurately, but actual behavior may vary based on your theme, customizations, and third-party apps. Questions? Contact us via the support details on our website.
We provide technical support for the Services; we are not responsible for supporting Shopify itself, your theme, or third-party apps/services.
Relationship with Shopify
We are an independent third-party developer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Shopify Inc. or its affiliates ("Shopify"). Your use of Shopify is governed by your agreements with Shopify (e.g., Shopify Terms of Service, Acceptable Use). If those terms change or restrict functionality, we are not responsible for resulting impacts on the Services.
Installation, Uninstall & Plan Changes (Shopify)
- Install/Permissions. Installing via the Shopify App Store authorizes us (via OAuth) to access your store data within the scopes you approve. You can revoke access by uninstalling the app at any time in Shopify Admin.
- Uninstall. Uninstalling stops future recurring charges processed via Shopify Billing. Uninstall does not by itself entitle you to refunds beyond Section 5 (Cancellations & Refunds).
- Plan changes. Upgrades/downgrades take effect per your Shopify Billing cycle. Feature access may change immediately; billing changes are handled by Shopify.
Cancellations & Refunds (Shopify App Policy)
Key Refund Policy:
We offer refunds only for the single Most Recent Billing Period of active use. Amounts charged for any earlier Billing Periods are non-refundable.
a. Definitions. A "Billing Period" is the recurring interval for which fees are charged (e.g., monthly) via Shopify Billing.
b. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app or via Shopify Admin. Cancellation stops future billing.
- After you cancel, upon request we will refund the fees for that one Most Recent Period.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of cancellation.
- One-time fees, add-ons, metered/usage charges, and third-party pass-through costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.
